Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1.75 cups all purpose flour
  • .75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • .5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare two pans with grease and flour.
  • Stir sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla into large bowl and mix.
  • Stir in boiling water to large bowl to make batter thin.
  • Pour mixture into pans.
  • Bake 30 minutes in oven until done. Let cool for 10 minutes.
